Legal warranties

Consumers have two years from delivery to act under the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). They may obtain repair or replacement, or failing that a price reduction or cancellation of the contract.

Consumers may act under the warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code) within two years of discovering the defect.

The mandatory statutory warranty information box, in its official wording, must be added and validated before any real sale.
