Returns and refunds

You have 14 days from receipt of the print to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. The fact that a print is produced to order does not exclude this right.

Inform us of your decision with an unequivocal statement (email to contact@parallelcities.art or the model withdrawal form). You must then send the print back no later than 14 days after informing us.

The direct cost of returning the print is borne by the buyer.

We refund the product price and the original delivery cost (at the standard rate) no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision, using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the print or you have supplied evidence of having sent it back, whichever is earliest.
