Ten visions of the white city
Between Art Deco lines, white façades and the Atlantic horizon, Casablanca is reimagined as a graphic, modern and luminous metropolis.

A white Art Deco tower anchors the vast square while a single palm punctuates the foreground. Turquoise arcades frame the scene left and right — Casablanca's colonial geometry held in full afternoon light.

A deep crimson frame cuts the white volume while vertical zellige lines climb the façade in oxidised green. The ornament is structural — nothing decorates what already carries weight.

A deep zellige panel interrupts the white plaster — a bold chromatic decision that defines the entire building's identity. The brass band above holds it together, luminous against a cloudless sky.

The curved white marquee circles a brass rim; below, deep blue doors open onto a terracotta base. This cinema façade distils the Mauresque style to its most theatrical — architecture as overture.

A tall palm casts its shadow across the white stucco, softening the geometry of the sea-green zellige balconies. The dark red door holds the composition — the only note of warmth in a cool palette.

A white alley narrows toward a deep blue door while zellige mashrabiyas filter the lateral light. The ochre base and brass fixtures hold the warmth — an interior world concealed at street level.

Blue arches repeat toward the open ocean, each frame a view of water and sky. Green zellige planters punctuate the rhythm — a promenade built not for transit but for the pause between land and sea.

The white rotunda anchors the intersection, its green balconies cascading along both avenues. A golden marquee catches the midday sun — the corner building as the city's pivot point.

Shot from below, the white tower reads as pure line against a saturated blue sky. Green zellige bands and brass fillets mark the floors — a modernist monument that never stopped reaching upward.

The minaret of Hassan II catches the last Atlantic light, its gold surface resonating against the green rooftops and darkening sea. Waves break below — a monument built at the very edge of the continent.
